To earn the Trail Maintenance Award you must complete 16 hours of trail maintenance with an organization such as the IHC, Hoosiers Hiker Counsel, National Forest Service, National Park Service, Indiana Department of Natural Resources, American Hiking Society, The Nature Conservancy, or any of the many other trail organizations doing volunteer trail work. Check their websites for details.
